Isabelle Emond is an emerging photographer from Melbourne, Victoria, currently residing in the Macedon Ranges

Isabelle Emond (b. 2000) is an emerging photographer and storyteller based in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Isabelle's photographic work focusses on community, connection and the relationship between people and place, explored through long-form documentary projects. Alongside her documentary works, Isabelle has a passion for travel photography as well as working with clients to document events and celebrations.  

Community and place connection has been a focus of Isabelle's recent documentary works, with her current body of work 'Equidistant' focussing on the people and surrounds of the small town of Lancefield, Victoria.  

Recently, Isabelle has completed her Bachelor of Photography degree at Photography Studies College, Melbourne, majoring in Photojournalism (2021). Throughout her Studies, Isabelle has developed her technical and professional skills through working under a range of professional photographers. In 2021, Isabelle exhibited her work 'Equidistant' at the Centre of Contemporary Photography, Fitzroy as a part of a group exhibition.
